I went for a 55 min deep tissue and my partner followed with a 30 minute back and next massage.

Firstly my massage was 11/10 - crushing (but I asked for serious pressure) and techniques I’ve never experienced anywhere else. His knowledge very clearly includes chiropractic and physio techniques.

My partner said her massage was the best she’s ever had.

I had read the reviews of Manos before I left Ireland and had booked myself in before I arrived in Crete. My reflexology was amazing...painful but no pain no gain and I walked out of his Office a diffetent woman. I wish I could visit him regularly.
